The three-year degree course in Business Sciences provides knowledge of the main basic issues of law and economics, an in-depth legal preparation on specific issues (contracts, work, competition, financial market, transport, taxation) that most closely affect the business life, both private and public. It is therefore a training characterized by the acquisition of professional skills immediately usable on the job market in companies. The student who achieves the Bachelor’s degree for Corporate Legal Operator can continue their academic career by enrolling in a two-year Master course, in any case having to accrue a number of credits of 120 ECTS.
The three-year degree in Business Sciences aims to train a professional figure who, having acquired the fundamental elements of business culture at an international level, has the ability to produce clear and effective legal texts.
The appropriate business economic knowledge, which makes it possible to evaluate the costs and benefits of entrepreneurial investments with a general analysis, determine interpretative skills, analysis and legal qualification: the specific attention to the comparison of the different legal systems in different European countries, also through a good knowledge of specific commercial statistics, will allow students to acquire a professionalism that can be exercised throughout Europe.

The duration of the course varies from a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 36 months and depends on the evaluation of the curriculum vitae of each student and the educational credits held, evaluated according to a system equivalent to the European ECTS system. The professional experiences already possessed at the management level are helpful for a shortening of the course.
Students enrolling in the Degree in Business Sciences must have an adequate general knowledge of the knowledge that is normally acquired by attending an upper secondary school course that issues equivalent qualifications.
